Our AGM rally this year was at Cuevas Mar, Los Palmares, near Garrucha.   We had 27 vans in attendance plus a regular day visitor.  (They lived virtually next door to the site, so camped at home)  The rally started with our usual meet and greet followed by bingo and general chit chat.

On Thursday we had a games afternoon with Quoits, Aunt Sally etc, followed by a quiz in the evening organised by Bob and John.

On Friday we had our petanca competition in the afternoon followed by a meal at the Blue Parrot and Monikas.  It had started to rain so the restaurant and members ferried the revellers to and from  the Restaurant.

Saturday morning was the AGM and members questions.  A grudge match was held in the afternoon for petanca as we had a tie.  Claire and Graham were drawn against Bob and Val (aka Gerry Griggs in drag)   Long story, it should have been Val but she was detained on Friday and Gerry substituted.  In then evening we had a Black and White Casino Night.  All members were supplied with Money from Banco de Snailville and bought chips.  The winner was the person with the highest value of chips at the end of the night.  This was Sylvia who managed to break the bank on the roulette.

Sunday moring was coffee morning when prizes were presented and farewells said until our next rally in February.

This rally was a bit soggy,  yes it rained  a lot, but this was the first time in 2half years we have had a wet rally.  People keep asking why don't we go back to the UK!!!!
